🎶 Position: Choreographer Team – Idolized Label
The magic starts with movement. As part of the Choreographer Team, you’ll be responsible for building dynamic and visually captivating dance routines for our tribute idols, inspired by real K-pop choreographies. From selecting the perfect dance animations to designing full sequences using Spot On tools, you are the creative engine behind the stage.

Solid knowledge of K-pop choreography trends and idol performance styles

Familiarity with SL dance animation stores and how to preview or test them

Experience (or strong willingness to learn) using Spot On tools: Choreography Designer, Group Formation, etc.

✨ What You’ll Do

Search and select appropriate dance animations from various SL stores (Mocap, Paragon, Move!, etc.) based on song mood and choreography style

Design synchronized dance routines for solos, duets, and group formations

Build and test choreographies using Spot On Choreography Designer, Stage Manager, and other compatible add-ons

Brainstorm choreography ideas with backup dancers and lead idols, taking into account their preferences, group dynamic, and performance goals

Work together to shape routines that reflect the original spirit of the song while embracing the unique identity of the tribute group

Support and guide the team through rehearsals, while staying open to feedback and creative input from all members

Coordinate animations with music timing and stage transitions

Assist during shows or recordings to ensure choreo runs smoothly

Maintain a choreo archive (by song, style, and type) for future reuse or remix

Every iconic performance needs a powerful stage. As part of the Stage Builder Team, you’ll help design and assemble immersive environments that elevate our tribute idols’ shows. Whether it’s a high-energy concert, a dreamy concept stage, or a music video set, your creativity and technical skills will turn ideas into breathtaking virtual experiences.
✨ What You’ll Do

Create, assemble, or customize stage sets for concerts, rehearsals, photoshoots, and MV projects

Work with mesh objects, lighting, animations, backdrops, particles, and sound to match the theme of each performance

Use Spot On Stage Manager and compatible tools to organize scripted transitions and scene changes

Collaborate with choreographers, stylists, and directors to bring a cohesive concept to life

Rezz, link, and optimize objects to reduce lag and ensure performance stability

Update or adapt stages for different songs, concepts, or tour events

Maintain an organized stage inventory and backup copies of builds

👗 Position: Styling Assistant – Idolized Label
Do you love mixing fashion, creativity, and K-pop aesthetics? As a Styling Assistant, you’ll help our idols look iconic for every performance, photoshoot, and promotional appearance in Second Life. From comeback themes to group uniforms, your sense of style will help define the group’s visual identity.
✨ What You’ll Do

Coordinate and suggest outfits for dance performances, MV recreations, and special events

Help each member express their individuality while matching the group's overall aesthetic

Assist with finding or assembling looks using modifiable outfits, BOM layers, mesh parts, accessories, and hair

Ensure outfits are cohesive with the concept (e.g. fierce, cute, elegant, street, etc.)

Collaborate with dancers, choreographers, and photographers to match outfits to poses and scenes

Keep track of style notes, landmarks, creators, and outfit credits

Help prepare quick-change looks for multiple scenes or shows

You’ve got the vibe, the reach, and the energy. As a Social Media Booster, you’ll be the digital voice that helps our idols shine beyond the stage. From teasing upcoming performances to sharing behind-the-scenes content and hyping every moment—we count on you to keep the buzz alive.
✨ What You’ll Do

Promote upcoming concerts, photoshoots, music drops, and fan events via your personal or fan-based social media

Share posters, teaser clips, photos, and recap content (before, during, and after events)

Create engaging posts, reels, or stories with an Idolized vibe

Behind every stunning performance is a reliable, sharp, and passionate Event Crew.
As part of our crew, you’ll help set the stage—literally. From rehearsals to full shows and special events, you’ll be the backstage power that keeps everything running smoothly. If you love coordination, teamwork, and being in the heart of the action, this role is for you.
✨ What You’ll Do

Assist in preparing and managing live performances, rehearsals, and tours in Second Life

Help set up stages, change scenes, manage cues, and support transitions

Coordinate with dancers, stylists, and the stage director for smooth show flow

Send reminders, keep track of call times, and ensure everyone’s on schedule
