As a Content Writer for Idolized Magazine, you’ll be responsible for crafting thoughtful, exciting, and engaging written pieces that bring the spirit of K-pop and Second Life culture to life. Whether you’re writing artist spotlights, editorial opinions, event coverage, or creative fandom features, your words will help shape the voice of our magazine and connect with readers across the virtual world and beyond.

✨What You'll Do

  • Write original content for Idolized Magazine: interviews, fan stories, artist profiles, themed articles, etc.

  • Pitch creative ideas and collaborate with the editorial team on monthly themes and features

  • Respect deadlines and adapt to article length/style guidelines

  • Participate in editorial meetings (via Discord) to review content ideas or editions

  • Keep all content exclusive until publication

  • Be open to collaborating with stylists, photographers, and graphic designers when needed

  • Contribute to maintaining the magazine's tone: fun, informative, inclusive, and fan-driven

✅ Requirements

  • Strong writing skills in English 

  • Passion for K-pop, idol culture, and fan creativity

  • Ability to adapt tone and content depending on the theme (serious, fun, emotional, etc.)

​As a Photographer for Idolized Magazine, you’ll capture the heart of our K-pop-inspired universe in Second Life. Your images will give life to our articles, showcase our idols, and visually define the identity of the magazine. From concept photoshoots to live event captures, your creativity will help turn every edition into a visual experience for our readers.

✨ What You'll Do

  • Organize and conduct photoshoots in Second Life for magazine covers, features, or themed articles

  • Capture high-quality images of concerts, rehearsals, and behind-the-scenes moments

  • Work closely with writers, stylists, and editors to match the visual tone of each issue

  • Edit and retouch images while respecting the magazine’s aesthetic direction

  • Keep some shots exclusive for future promo use or staff archives

  • Contribute ideas for visual storytelling and layout concepts

  • Meet deadlines for image submission in sync with the magazine’s publishing calendar

✅ Requirements

  • Strong experience with Second Life photography (posing, camera angles, Windlight, etc.)

📱 Position: Social Media Manager – Idolized Magazine

​As the Social Media Manager of Idolized Magazine, you'll be the voice of our brand across digital platforms. Your mission is to promote each issue, highlight our team’s work, grow our readership, and engage with the K-pop community inside and outside Second Life. From creative campaigns to daily posts, you’ll ensure Idolized stays dynamic, visible, and unforgettable.

  • Plan and schedule regular content across all Idolized platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Flickr, Discord, etc.)

  • Announce new magazine releases, featured articles, staff spotlights, and behind-the-scenes teasers

  • Create visual and written content tailored for each platform (posts, stories, reels, etc.)

  • Engage with our audience: reply to comments, encourage shares, and boost interaction

📊 Position: Marketing Manager– Idolized Magazine

As the Marketing Manager of Idolized Magazine, your role is to expand our visibility, attract new readers, and build strategic relationships across the Second Life and K-pop communities. You’ll be in charge of developing creative marketing plans, securing sponsorships or collaborations, and supporting the monetization and long-term growth of the magazine brand.

Your goal: help Idolized shine—everywhere.

✨ What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies for each magazine release and special edition

  • Identify and approach potential sponsors, collaborators, or advertisers

  • Create campaigns that boost visibility in Second Life and on external platforms

  • Coordinate with the social media manager to align messaging and timing

  • Track and analyze reach, engagement, and campaign performance

  • Create or support promotional materials (vendor ads, posters, banners)

  • Suggest marketing ideas for in-world booths, events, or partnerships

  • Keep a clean record of contacts, promotional results, and sponsor benefits
